What Causes High Fever And Red Spots On Legs With Fatty Liver?
I have been told I have a fatty liver, I have been having high fevers at night and woken up soked in sweat and been having pain on my RUQ. I just noticed that I have rose spots all over my legs, been tested for heepititis and came out negative, what could this be?

Here you have right side abdomen pain and fever as well suggesting liver affection strongly and so that work up done with liver enzymes estimation mainly
If they are high than hepatitis is the cause.. Although viral marker like hbsag or HCV might negative
Second viral infections or vascular inflammation or low platelet might be the reason
For that CBC and ESR estimation done..
For rash antihistaminic drug might prescribed
