General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello welcome to the health care magic

Yes elevated CRP can be from viral infection as well

I will advise you to investigate with ASO titre and CBC for checking bacterial infection

Take decongestant tablet like levocetrizine 5 mg OD for five days

Vitamin C lozenges useful

Salt water gargle done with warm water three times a day

Avoid excess spicy foods

Drink more water

If no improvement throat swab taken

For acidity take omeprazole capsule
