What Causes High Fever Along With Nausea And Dry Heaves?

My daughter has had a high fever (in the 102 s) since last Sunday, the 5th. We ve been keeping it down with tylenol. Thursday & Friday she seemed better & had a low grade fever. She is nauseous, but only threw up Monday night, & quite a bit, to the point of big time dry heaves. Her cough is really really nasty. She is also complaining that her throat hurts (big surprise with all that coughing) but she also is complaining of neck pain and her cheeks hurt. Today she was doing well until about 4:00. Now she has a 102.9 fever. Not sure what to do. We are very, very broke & were unable to pay our insurance, so now we have none. And we are still super broke. Help please and thank you!!

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate this, first possibility would be viral infection, in my opinion condition can be managed symptomatically, wait for some days everything would be fine, if the symptoms does not improved then better to get done the routine blood test, to rule out the infection, but no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care.
