What Causes High Fever Along With Breathing Difficculty?

I had A bad fever last week with very high temperature and very difficult to breath. I lost my voice had a bad sore troth. I still feel very weak as I couldn t eat the moment I eat something I felt I wanted to be sick. I also had a pain on my left had side on my back going down to my leg. I know I had a very small kidney stone. I was told that it s too small fo me to have an operation to remove it. I was in a bit of a panic when I googled the symptoms I had, as I was told that it could be kidney problems. I hope it s not kidney failure. Can you please advice as I m going out of my mind. Kind regards Mary Ann

General & Family Physician 's  Response
very small stones can easy be flushed out of our body by taking some medicines prescribed by your nephrologist but if the stone is large enough then it will take some kind of procedure to be remove ,it's all depends upon the size.
But not to worry it's not leads to kidney failure.
