i am diabetic since from 5years now my age is 36years i am using azulix2mf and telma 20mg from last 4years now i got ED PROMBLEM somebody say it is due to telma can u suggest wheather true or not my hieght is 5.7inch, weight 92kgs my fbs is 154 ppbs aftr taken the medicene 140

i am very sorry for your condition.
in my opinion the medication telm that is telmisartan is a very good medication to prevent microvascular problems in diabetes.

There is no relation between this drug telma and ED.
ED will occur in diabetes due to diabetic neuropathy and its more common in diabetes than normal people
i suggest you to meet a urologist for further course of action
