What Causes High Blood Pressure With Vein Pounding Feelings?

I am a 22 year Old Woman, I weigh 130 lbs, and for over a month I have had problems feeling like I had High Blood pressure. Like every vein in my body is pounding. at one point my BP was 199 over 99. Another time, 186 over 96. Yesterday 149 over 88. And yesterday I was feeling relatively calm compared to other times I have checked. Why is this? I eat right, I work out, Im not on drugs. I have suffered a back injury that has yet to heal. but this is ongoing. And It is made worse in a flash by the smallest things it seems. Could I be in danger?

I really appreciate your concern, hypertension does not have any specific symptoms unless crossed the limits else boarder line hypertension may not have any specific symptoms, it just your feeling and not the symptoms and this could be due to stress, if you want to rule some clinical possibilities then you need to get done clinical examination blood pressure need to be measured by clinician only for correct reading in my opinion you need to worry about anything, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
