What Causes High Blood Pressure With Fatigue And Headache?

I am a male aged 41. My blood pressure measured yesterday says 135-100. What are the implications of the same.I have had no history of hypertension or blood sugar till date. Iam 5 feet 4 inches tall and weigh 84 kgs. From last 15 days I have been having trouble sleeping and also suffer from fatigue and headache.Please advise

According to JACC blood pessure is catagorised as-
Normal b.p less then 120/80
Prehypertensive state - 120-139/80-89
Grade 1 (mild hypertension)-140-159/90-99
Grade 2 (moderate hypertension)-160-179/100-109
Grade 3( severe) - above 180/110
You fall in catagory of prehypertensive systolic and grade 2 diastolic b.p

adv
tablet amlopdipne once daily
45minutes of strenous exercises every day for 3months
1500mg sodium diet
Include lot of fibres and fruits in your diet
Avoid butter ,and saturated fats instead use olive oil to cook.
30minutes of brisk walking at a speed not less then 5.1km/hr has to be done .
Keep a record of your blood pressure every 3rd day for 21days.
