What Causes High Blood Pressure And Shortness Of Breath?
Hello i am a 28 yo female non smoker and don t drink alcohol. Minimal pop most of which is not caffeinated and i don t drink coffee. My blood pressure has been running high and i have been having shortness of breath, tired and a few instances where I about passed out and have a general overall not good feeling. What could be causing this?

Get your blood tests done, ECG, 2D Echo, lipid profile and cardiac enzymes, NT-proBNP. These tests are heart-related. Maintain your BP with a suitable anti hypertensive, manage diet & do exercise.
