What Causes High Blood Pressure And Dizziness?

I m 61 and in fairly good health. Work long hours and little sleep. Recently suffered a bout of a lower back ach. Stressful job and relationship. I have lost about 35lbs over the last 12 months due to lighter eating. My blood pressure is never over 120/80. After work I had a stressful disappointing conversation between me and a close woman friend. I got out of the car after the phone conversation and had tthis sinking dizzy feeling. I went into the drug store and measured my blood pressure on the machine. Not 120/80 like always but 133/86 - p78, 10 mins later 145/86 - 77, 15mins later after eating a sandwich it was 138/91 - p88. I took two asprins. Should I be worried?
