What Causes High Blood Pressure And Cholesterol Levels?

Hi i just got results of a blood test. The test indicates that I have high Total Cholesterol 249.0. the break down of the numbers are: Calculated LDL     136 , Triglycerides     176.0 , HDL Cholesterol 78, it also shows that I am anemic. I have also been put on high blood pressure meds. although I have not had high blood pressure in the past other than when I was pregnant. I am just confused what this all means I go back to the Dr at the end of the month to see how the Blood pressure is doing.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to hypothyroidism. So better to check the thyroid profile levels to rule out that.
Thanks
