What Causes High WBC Count?

Please answer why my results are so high. I have abdominal pain. Its very urgent WBC Count 11.1 (Normal Range 4-11)Neutrophils 87 (Normal Range 40-75)lymphocytes 09 (Normal Range 20-50)SGPT (ALT) 165 (Normal Range 5-55)SGOT (AST) 207 (Normal Range 5-40) alkaline phosphatase 223 (Normal Range 40-150)gamma GT 374 (Normal Range 10-40)globulins 3.9 (Normal Range 1.8-3.4)A/G ratio 0.9 ((Normal Range 1.2-2.2)

Hi
After seeing your reports, this is my opinion
1. Your total count is high with neutrophilia which means you are having acute infection/ inflammation.
2. Liver enzymes are deranged, above normal, so possible liver pathology.
3. AG ratio is decreased which means albumin production is reduced as globulin is near normal
All of these are pointers for acute inflammation in liver which explains your abdominal pain
Discuss with your doctor regarding an ultrasound scan of abdomen to confirm and manage accordingly.
