What Causes High WBC And Low Haemoglobin?

My two year old daughter has been sick recently. In November she had tonils, adenoids, and tube. Since then she has had pneumonia twice, bronchitis, and 3 ear infections. The doctor just called and said that her WBC were high and her hemoglobin was low. She is currently taking antibiotics and nebulizer treatments, but should I be more concerned with her recent lab results?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi Dear
Welcome to the HCM.
Recurrent infection may lead to high WBC and anemia.
He requires to be treated with full course and proper dose of antibiotic relevant for the URTI for about 10 days and then again his blood counts to be repeated.
He should also be investigated for some subtle infection like UTI which may present with such symptoms.
Improve his immunity by good complete nutritious diet along with iron and mutivitamins.
Hope the query is ANSWERED.
THANKS
