What Causes High BP,headache Nusea And Twitching Of Inner Palm?

Hi, I am suffering from high blood pressure, severe headache, nausea and twitching of my inner palm of my hand. It all start with the severe headache which is uncontollable and then my high blood raises and then twice or once a day then my hand twitch (like as if it is deformed) for a minute or more. What can that be?

Hi,

First of all, the uncontrolled blood pressure can disturb the fluid in different parts of your body causing nerve entrapment in your hand. So, you need to do Nerve conduction test for the Median and the Ulnar nerve, besides taking medication to control your blood pressure. You should also do some investigations such as Kidney function tests, Thyroid function tests, urine VMA, fasting blood glucose.CT chest with contrast to examine the Aorta and renal artery arteriogram to ensure that you do not have other diseases.
