General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You have all of your problems due to cervical spondylitis. It is due to compression of nerve fibers supplying the affected organs. You need to consult a spinal surgeon and get specific advice (in form of medicines, physiotherapy exercises or surgery in few cases) after needful imaging investigations.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
