What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding With Blood Clots During Periods?

I had an abortion about 4 weeks ago it was the abortion pill I keepbleeding here and there not a lot just spotting especially after I had sex last week but today I woke up and seemed like I got my period which is fine but after I got to work I felt like I had peed on myself and no it was heavy flow of blood and blood clogs is it normal for it to happen ? Also I do smoke meth

Hi,
After abortion usually first period is supposed to be heavy.
Nothing to worry about passing clots in bleeding as period blood remains and collects in vagina might give formation of clots and coming out.
Take rest for 2-43 days.
Ok and take care.
