Hello and welcome to HCM,
Heavy vaginal bleeding is most commonly caused by endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial growth.
However, since you have had endometrial ablation, there is some other cause for vaginal bleeding.
Other causes can be due to disorders of fallopian tubes, cervix or vagina.
Hysteroscopy will help to visualize the entire gynecological tract to look for any suspicious lesion.
Back pain can occur due to some spinal cord problems like compression of the spinal nerve, degenerative condition of the spine, pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) etc.
The symptoms are not suggestive of PID, thus other causes have to be considered.
I suggest you to consult an orthopedician for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.

Thanks and take care
