What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Mifegest?

Hi. I am 6 weeks pregnant. I decided to abort.As per my dr advise i took mifegest 200 mg 1 tablet abd she told me to take cytolog 2 talblets orally and two vaginally after 48 hrs of taking mifegest. But it started slight heavy bleeding after 24hrs of taking mifegest. Is it normal
