What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Cytotec Pill?

I am 7 days pregnancy and yesterday I took two cytotec pills at 19:30 after that I fall asleep during midnight my blood was started to come out slow in the morning when I pass my urine I have heavily blood and two big clots after that my blood stop. What that means?

I really appreciate your concern, if this was the confirmed conception then such bleeding needs to be taken seriously and in my opinion it is better to get done the ultrasonography hope this information helps.
