What Causes Heavy Menstrual Bleeding, Tender Cervix And Cramping?
Hello I m nearly 22 years old. I smoke weed every day and occasionally once or twice a month I like to take harder drugs. I am 26 days late for my period. It was regular and never had pains and was light flow. In April I got my last period and it was so painful. I had cramps and very heavy bleeding and a very tender stomach and cervix. Worst pain!!! What s wrong with me?
According to the history provided, you could be having Endometriosis or Hormonal disorder. You must keep well hydrated. Kindly apply hot water bottle to the area of cramping to reduce the pain from muscle spasm. Also you can take Tab. Meftal spas which has Mefanamic acid to reduce bleeding and Drotaverine to reduce cramping.
Kindly consult your Doctor to get a thorough examination and proper diagnosis and appropriate management.
Thanking you.
