I had a medical abortion 4 weeks ago. After a little more than a week later i was just discharging some minor brown blood when i wiped. Then a week after that what i think is my period came but was very heavy and tons of very large clots ( one was the size of a small chicken breast) I also had blood tests for hcg, and although higher, was going down. After a few days of heavy bleeding i started intermittent very painful crampping. Radiates from right side, to left, and my lower back. Still heavy bleeding and medium clots, but a 8/10 in pain. Will last hours, then go away for hours. Just noticed if i eat, it will stay hurting more, but i am very regular, and peeing more frequently. What should i do?
