What Causes Heavy Bleeding With Clots During Periods While Treating HPV?

Hi I have post coital bleeding all the time even if just a spot. I get pain on and off sometimes really bad. I get clots when I am bleeding. My periods are not regular and tend to be very painful. I do have a mirena coil and wonder if this is the issue have had for 3 years but my syptoms seem to get worse. I have had bloods, smear, swabs and ultrasound all came back clear although I do have hpv. Could my coil be causing this.

for regularity of period it may be imbalance of hormone. regarding bleeding gynechologist have to check and detect the source of bleeding. you have informed about HPV so itis presumed it is HPV 2 having genital herpes. the bleeding can be from herpes in vagina.it will be confirmed after checkup.it can be coil causing bleeding. it can be ascertained after checkup.necessary treatment can be recomanded after checkup.
