Hi, I m 45yrs unmarried n had a heavy bleeding plus blood clot continuously tat I almost breakdown.I was admitted at the hospital n I had 3 blood transfusion n discharge on 4th July.after few days it started bleeding again n my gynecologist doctor suggested me to take pause Mr n gynaset table. I was taking these two tables almost for a month n the bleeding is not stopping. Now again I m admitted at the hospital n did one blood transfusion yesterday coz my hp has gone down at 6.2.oh sorry I forgot to tell u tat I had fribrod in the uterus.so my guestion is tat ttaking these two tab for a long time wont effect my body.I mean any side effects r there.I just want to know ur suggestion coz I m not confident with the medication going on with me.
Hello, Welcome to hcm, Fibroids can cause menorrhagia. The above tablets are been given to control bleeding. They don't have serious sideeffects. If the bleeding is not controlled with the tablet then next step would be myomectomy to remove the fibroid.If you have multiple fibroids or very large fibroids then they will plan for hysterectomy.
