hello doctor..im 20F,5'6" tall n weigh 65-70kg,vegetarian..my period started at the age of 10..regular for every 33days but heavy bleeding with clots for the first 3-4days n bleeding for a total of 8days..my haemoglobin is 9.8 n not increasing..i got rheumatic fever when i was 9yrs old n took penidure 12 lac injection for 5yrs every 3 weeks.. i do not have any other health complaints..im worried about my period, r there any ways that i can reduce my days of period or the suffering? i do yoga(not very regular though)..n also my breasts r big, 36DD..please tell me ways to keep myself healthy n fit...
