What Causes Heavy Bleeding During 1st Month Of Pregnancy?

I had given my gf mtp after she became 1 month pregnant she bleed heavily for 2-3 days after that light bleeding followed by pain continued for 2weeks then I give her northistrone to stop bleeding after that bleeding stopped now she started to bleed again.What should I do now ??

.history sugest that patien had incompleted abortion.retain products of conception causing continues bleeding. unless retain product removed by erpc bleeding will continue. so need urgent gynecological openian.before that patient may undergo uss abdomen and check for retain product.once uss done and confirm patient shoud refer for gynaecological openian.
