What Causes Heavy Bleeding Along With Ovarian Pain After Taking Microgynon?
Hi I think I might be having a miscarriage, didn t know if i was pregnant or not. Started bleeding with extreme pain in my right ovary which would sometimes be on the left. My period isn t ment to start for another 2 weeks and I m on microgynon 50 and have been on it for basically have a year and having it at the same time. I feel like crap and my insides hurt.

Hi, I think it can be a breakthrough bleed. You can take some medicines like Tranexamic acid to stop the bleeding. You can take some pain killers like mefenamic acid for pain.
