General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Vestibular neuritis is generally caused by a viral infection which may also cause inflammation of the eustachian tubes (tubes that drain the middle ear) and as a result patient may feel pressure and fullness in their head.
If your symptoms are not improving in a couple of weeks or you are any worse you will need a visit with your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
