What Causes Heaviness In The Head And Heart Palpitations?
I am having a heavy head not headache, slight heaviness in legs, can t sleep but when do go to sleep wake with heart pounding pulses. This has only happened in last 4 hour s. Should I be going to a hospital. I am on holidays so can t see regular doctor.

yes, ideally you should go to ER and get yourself checked up.
the most common etiology i would suspect is increased BP or hypertension
depending on your age, diagnosis of hypertension needs to be made by BP recordings for 7 days twice daily
also look out for other symptoms like excess sweating,weakness, headache photophobia.
pls visit nearby hospital asap.
