Hello Doctor, since last one week I am feeling this heaviness in my head which stops me to bend backwards and both side-wise. It feels like a liquid is floating in some parts of my head. Last week while walking back to home form office I felt an imbalance and literally was tripping to the left. For a moment I felt there is an earthquake.I have recently quit smoking and started gym. I have acidity problems as well. Three years back I had severe Asthma.
