What Causes Heaviness In Chest,shortness Of Breath And Nausea?

Have heavy feeling in chest, and short of breath on slops. have just had angio no further problems as I have a stent BP too high, 200/100 have fed of renal arteries on a combination of BP medication. Have had a lot of nausea and weight loss. What should I do next?

Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion you should get done
1. 2d echo
2. Stress 2d echo.
Since you had stent and having high blood pressure, possibility of congestive cardiac failure (CCF) is high.
And in CCF , angiography can be normal. Because it is related to function of heart and coronary arteries can be normal. So angiography can be normal in CCF.
To rule out CCF, 2d echo is must.
And breathlessness with heaviness in chest is seen in CCF.
So better to rule out CCF first.
You may need diuretics and other cardiac supportive drugs too.
Strict control of blood pressure is must.
So consult cardiologist and discuss all these.
