General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

This could be due to an episode of angina or Myocardial infarction. She should visit ER and immediately get her 12 lead ECG and troponins done to rule out these serious possibilities.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hiba Tehrim, General & Family Physician
