General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The given symptoms could be indicative of acid peptic disease. It is the inflammatory condition of the gastric region that causes such symptoms. Hence I would like to advise you the following:
-Take tablet omeprazole once in day.
-Take antacid with a local anesthetic agent.
-Try to avoid taking spicy food, heavy meal, oily food.
-It is better to evaluate the cardiac elements.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
