Hello,

Right hypochondrium pain means there's is a possibility of cholecystitis or small gallstones or right kidney stones or hepatitis or right colon inflammation etc.

Avoid spicy food and fatty food. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Get it done CT scan abdomen and hida scan. Get it done liver function tests and serum LH and FSH levels.

Please consult your gastroenterologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
