What Causes Heartburn, Sulfur Belching, Gurgling Sound In The Abdomen And Constipation?
my husband has frequent, like every day heartburn, then develops sulfur burps, gurgling in the stomach with fullness feeling, then constipation which then turns into diarrhea. He plans on talking to his doctor but we re really concerned about what this is. It s been going on for a few months now.

There are two possibilities here--
Irritable bowel syndrome or an H pylori stomach infection with gastric acid reflux. He can try Prilosec or Zantac for now but he needs to get a screening for the H pylori.
