What Causes Heartburn, Lump In Throat And Teeth Sensitivity Post Endoscopy?

Dear Doctor, In 2015 May,I was just vomitted & faced a diarrhea for a couple of days. Then I checked with a FCPS professor of medicine. He directly advised me to go for an endoscopy. Next day I was examined with endoscopy. Nothing special, just a smal hiatal hernia according to him, which I didn t believe. Anyways, that day in May 2015 & today is July 2016,I suddenly began to feel heartburn, a continuous lump in throat & teeth sensitivity & even teeth discoloration. Before endoscopy no one symptoms were there in my all life.I suspect that the doctor tore something or weakened the LES of esophagus. What do you think & what should I do now? Please guide me.Iam a 31 years old

Hi, the answer to your question is inside your description.
The symptoms you present are most likely due to gastrooesaphageal reflux disease(GORD). The cause for that is most probably due to the hiatus hernia.
The endoscpoic complications would not take this long to apear.
You may need to consult your physician for further evaluation
