What Causes Heartburn And Stomach Pain?

i am 55 and since one month i have light heartburn and some stomach pain after a very stressful period. doctor prescribed me losec control for one month....i feel better but not so good as before and sometimes still have bit of pain. i am very concerned to have cancer. i never smoked and no alcohol. i am very anxious

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the heartburn then it is the hyperacidity only but this needs to be ruled out for cardiac disease and for that get done the EKG test, else it may not be cancer condition and try to come out of this thinking. Take tab Omeprazole.
