What Causes Heartbeat To Miss During Periods?

I have skipped heartbeats mostly in the middle of my cycle and a week before I m due. Have had all the tests and have been told I m fine, but when it happens it scares me. I am also on iron tablets, as my iron count drops due to my periods being heavy. Still worry about my skipped beats, I feel I need reassurance I m ok all the time.
