What Causes Heartbeat Like Feeling In Back Of Neck With Headaches?

I been having heart beats in the back of my neck and head aches when I get excited which I also been having hot flashes with menopause and restless at night cant sleep last night I had a head ache in the back of neck felt like the pain shot down to my legs

Hi, your suggests more of post menopausal symptoms.
hot flashes, awareness of heart beat is mostly due to post menopausal symptom's in which there is a significant decrease in hormone(estrogen) level in blood.
Hormone replacement therapy would be of great help in such conditions.
i would suggest
HRT- to have combined pills daily, or low dose estrogen only pill for several days a month, this would relive hot flashes and much of symptoms.
For restless and sleep deprivation adding gabapentine(antidepressant) would help.
however consult with gynecologist to explore various medicines and its dosage.
