What Causes Heart Palpitations With Urinary Retention And Constipation?

I ve had risky sex 4 weeks ago. Next day I experienced bladder pain. Went to the doctor. He gave me tetracycline. Pain went away in a few days. Everything was fine until the 3rd week. Went to E.R. For rapid heartbeat, and dark urine. He gave me rocephrine, zythromax, and daily bactrim . I still have rapid heartbeat, hard to urinate. And was constipated for a couple days. Forced myself to stool. It was bright red.

Hi,

You are having acute urethritis or may be STI like infection. I suggest you investigate with urine routine microscopic examination and urine culture report for further work up. According to culture antibiotic should be given.

The blood in stool may be from infection or piles. Your proctoscopy examination also should be done to check rectal and anal area. I suggest you consult Urologist for examination and accordingly further management.
