What Causes Heart Palpitations With Chest Pain, heaviness And Tightness?

I have heart palpitations that when I become really stress can cause chest pain, heaviness and tightness. I was once so stressed on time that I was having symptoms of high blood pressure but it was actually lower than it had ever been. Is what I have just heart palpitations?

Dear sir

Increased heart rate is caused due to
1. Stress
2. Hyperthyroidism
3. Autonomic neuropathy

It is essenstial to control the blood pressure and increased heart rate because it poses the independent risk for cardiovascular disease and heart attacks.

heart rate should be between 60-80 beats per min and Blood pressure should be below 130/80 mm of hg.

If it is higher that these values in resting state then adviced to start betablockers.

Thanks
