What Causes Heart Palpitations While Resting?
Sometimes when I m relaxing my heart begins to beat extremely fast and I become extremely winded for no apparent reason and my chest begins to hurt at the point of tears. My highest heart rate I ve recorded at rest was 126 bpm. I usually feel as if I had just run a few miles. As far as I know I am a healthy 21 year old with no heart issues. What could be the cause of this?
