Hi,

I think related to your symptoms the most possible diagnosis is infarct of myocardium. This is an urgent diagnosis that needs to do EKG and some lab examination (CK, CK-MB, troponin) and meet a cardiologist to exclude first the IM and to see after for other causes.

I hope my answer help you. Let me know if I can assist you further.

I wish you a quick recovery.

Regards,
Dr. Monika Dede
