What Causes Hearing Loss Along With Buzzing Noise In The Ear?

I went to a shooting range and unfortunately feel like I lost most of my hearing in the right ear. Feels stuffy and pressure and buzzing noise. Are there any tests that can help diagnose the issue? could it be nerve damage? inflammation? any treatments available?

HI
Well come to HCM
If this happened after the high pitch sound (Very loud sound ) then this is just likely to happened and if not then this could be due to wax impaction then you have to get this confirm and for that ear examination is very necessary, else this may not be nerve damaged, hope this information helps, take care.
