What Causes Hearing Loss After Wax Removal?

I went to a hospital yesterday to have ENT Examination. The doctor saw a wax deep inside my ears so he removed it and it hurts a lot. He said it has scratches that made it bleed. He put something in my ears. I removed it when I go home cause I cannot hear because of it. Now, my ear is bleeding and it s like it s blocked. I think this is because of the blood that is why I cannot hear. Is it okay for me to remove the blood by cotton buds?

hi and welcome to HCM
if your ear is still bleeding better get a check...there might be injury to your tympanic membrane(ear drum) or external auditory canal injury with blood clots causing this blocking and hard of hearing ( not hearing)...
