What Causes Headaches, Tenderness In Bones And Stiffness In Lower Back?
Hi my name is carol. I have been suffering from tender bones all over my body for about 6 months. My physiology is treating my right shoulder from an injury I recieved from work. But he thinks there is an my pain goes deeper than that. I have stiffness in my neck shoulders upper back lower back and hips . Also constant headaches . I take anti inflammatory and nerofen. Which doesn t ease the pain.?
Tenderness in the bone should be clinically assessed by an Orthopedics for it may be indicative of some serious medical condition like Osteoporosis, bone infection, injury, disruption of the blood supply. Get X-ray / CT / MRI done for the vertebral column to detect cervical spondylitis, slip disc, sciatica, OA, etc.
To get rid of headache stay well hydrated, avoid staying in areas of strong smell (paint, smoke, smell of oil), etc. Do not skip meals. Take NSAIDS, Combiflam or Naproxen, one stat when needed. Stay away from addictions if any.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
