What Causes Headaches On The Back Of Head While Laughing/nervous?

hi, i get really bad headaches on the back of my head when i get excited and luagh alot or when i am nervous sometimes I noticed it in particular when I was in a club or at a function and had to raise my voice to be heard over loud music. I would get excited and laugh and have a good time but would feel this pressure on both sides of the back of my head.

Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.If you would have presented to me as an outpatient,I would have made the following clinical explanation-
The site and pattern of headache you are describing is very characteristic of 'Tension type headache'(TTH).TTH typically occurs at the back of neck during periods of anxiety.Excitement can also lead to anxious moments,thus causing this headache.TTH is a pressure like headache as you are having.Please start doing mental relaxation exercises/Yoga/Pranayama regularly.I hope it will help.If it still persists,please discuss with your physician to start you on low dose amitriptyline.It will surely bring improvement.Hope it helps.
