What Causes Headaches, Neck Pain And Dizziness?

yesterday i have got scanned with CT scan, the report is there is calcified glanuloma found of size 4.4x3.6mm in the left occipital region. i am getting headache, neck pain, feeling dizziness, feeling giddiness some times. can you tell me that is it harmful for my brain? & treatments for the same
