What Causes Headaches, Nausea, Vomiting, Fatigue And Shortness Of Breath?

People in our office keep experiencing headaches, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, burning nostrils, chest pain, coughing, and shortness of breath. There is a detectable odor (possibly from the heat duct), but maintenance cannot find the problem. Any idea of what type of pollutant it could be?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
Thank you for the query.

As most of the employees are experiencing the same problem it may be as you say due to the heat duct/ odor. It can also be due water/food intake from the same source like canteen. I would suggest you to report to the concerned department in your office strictly. If the symptoms persists it is best to meet your family doctor for further examination and treatment.

I hope this answers your query.

With best regards,
I find this answer helpful
