What Causes Headaches, Nausea, Lightheadedness And Brain Fog?

The last several weeks I have been experiencing strong headaches around the forehead area. Sometimes I find myself getting nauseous, light headed like I am going to pass out. I often feel kind of fuzzy and like I am having a heard time focusing. Not sure if they are connected or should I get my eyes checked. I never have headaches or migraines in the past. Any thoughts?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello
you need to go to ophthalmologist and get your eyes checked. Check your refractive error and power correction. Meanwhile, do eye muscle exercise by rotating your eyeballs 360 degree. Take Cap carovit forte which contains Vit-A.
