Hello ! I read your question and understand your concern. I think your headache is chronic daily headache, a common cause of headache causing difficulty with concentration too. I would recommend treatment with an antidepressant like Amytriptiline, Nortriptiline etc. These drugs are really effective in this type of headache. As for the cough I would recommend to consult with your GP, it may be chronic bronchitis. You should have a thoracal xray and a full blood work for that. I would like to know your age. The treatment of memory problems depends on the age and the diagnosis. You should consult with a neurologist and have a good neurological examination and neuropsicological tests to examine better the memory problems.
