What Causes Headaches, Fatigue And Nausea?
I have severe stomach pain. I ve only vomited once. But constantly nauseated. My stomach is so distended it looks like I m 2 months pregnant. Other symptoms are fatigue, headaches, lack of appetite, and generalized aches and pains. I m 24 hours into feeling this way. No possibility of pregnancy.

It is likely that you have acid peptic disease with a wide spectrum from simple acidity to stomach and duodenal ulcers. You can take antacids or PPI like omeprazole.
If you are not better, it is better to see a gastroenterologist and have yourself examined and investigated.
